At elklab one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. That is why we don’t collect any user data whatsoever. All you do stays on your device.
All processing of image and depth information is happening on-device. We don’t collect any depth or face data. It is only used inside the app to project the virtual mask. Because we don’t collect any such data, we cannot disclose or share the data with any third party, and there’s nothing to retain.
Unless, of course, you decide to share a photo or video you took with your friends, no information leaves the app. In that case, only the rendered final output is sent via the standard iOS share sheet. We or any third party never get to see your content.
